Prerequisites: First-cycle courses of 75 credits in Economics or Statistics. The applicant must also have qualifications corresponding to the course "English 6" or "English B" from the Swedish Upper Secondary School. |
| Content: This course provides the mathematics that is needed for advanced studies in economics and statistics. The course includes univariate and multivariate calculus, matrix algebra, constrained and unconstrained optimisation. |
| Teaching Methods: Teaching is in the form of lectures and math exercises. |
| Assessment: Written examination, active participation in seminars and compulsory assignments. |
