Content: Microeconometrics is concerned with the statistical analysis of economic models based on microlevel data (data about economic agents, individuals, firms etc). Classical examples are analysis of the choice of mode of transport, laboursupply and consumption of capital goods. These problems requires special treatment because the data does not fulfill the requirements of traditional models like linear regression. The course covers several different models for analysis of micro data including models for panel data, models for binary variables, regression models with censored and truncated variables and models for count data. Other topics covered in the course includes endogeneity and sample selection.

Teaching Methods: Teaching in English. Teaching consists of lectures and computer exercises.
